Returns policy

To cancel an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after your goods are received. Please email us at orders@quashme.com

Are there any products I am unable to return?

Any products you would like to return must be in the same physical state as when they were purchased. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

How to return an Item:

By Post
1. Firstly email us at hello@quashme.com entitling your email "Online Order Return" and tell us. Please ensure that if your product is damaged or faulty you indicate this clearly on the delivery note. We will send you a pre-paid returns label.
2. Repack the item along with the delivery note.
3. Use the pre-paid returns label that we send you. If you use our label and the parcel you are returning weighs up to 1KG there is a £1.99 charge, if the parcels weight is more than 1KG there will be an additional charge, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Alternatively we recommend you post any returns using a carrier who can give you a ‘Certificate of posting’. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.
4. Take your parcel to the Post Office, ensure you are given a Certificate of Postage which should be retained until the refund is processed. Please allow up to 28 days for this.
