Privacy Policy Introduction

This Policy explains our policies on privacy. Any information you submit to us via an online order or competition entry will be held and used by us in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. We collect personal information from you when you fill in an online order, competition entry and every time you email or tell us any personal details. If you visit the Website, we also collect information automatically about your visits, such as your browsing patterns, but information collected in this way is only used in aggregate form rather than being linked to identifiable individuals.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

How Do We Use It?

The personal information collected from you will be held and used by Quash Products PLC in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act for the purposes of administration, statistical and business analysis and marketing. We will never sell your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes or otherwise. However with your consent, we may transfer this information to our subsidiaries and other co-operative organisations to keep you informed of Products and services that may be of interest to you. We may transfer this information to Sagepay following receipt of your order. On our behalf, Sagepay utilise your personal data for the purpose of pre-validating and authenticating the credit or debit card details that you provide. We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without prior notice. We will use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement under which the information was collected.

 

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a web site to give you a unique ID. Cookies help make it easier and faster for you to use our site because it can remember if you've visited the site and they help us provide you with the information you need about your account details - when and where you need it.

Quash Products PLC uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order. From time to time, we may update you on relevant news or promotions, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties unless you have given us permission to do so.
